Baby Kyla decided to make a bit of an early appearance and we were lucky to have snuck in Mallory and Tyler’s maternity session in before she arrived! Baby Kyla is the smallest newbie I have photographed yet…born at 5lbs 8oz! She was the cutest little peanut!
It took quite a while to get this wee one to get into that nice deep sleep we photographers love for newborns but once she did we were able to get some really cute shots! And once she was done, we went ahead and did some lifestyle images and I just love how those turned out. Mallory and Tyler had the perfect room for these type of images….the room was simple and sophisticated with tons of natural light…it was just beautiful! I was even able to sneak a couple lifestyle shots of Mallory and baby Kyla without her even knowing I was there or taking pictures! We were working to get her to sleep and so Mallory sat in the glider next to a large window…she was so focused on Kyla, that she didn’t even notice me snapping away!
Anyhow…it was a great session and I had a great time with this amazing little family!
